Refused ortho.
Referred for right maxillary canine removal and immediate implant.
Using available technologies made this surgery conservative.
No flaps and no large incisions. Magnetic mallet to loosen the canine.
Densha to prepare osteotomy transcrestal and superiorly into the available alveolus while preserving available bone. Augma bone graft cement to make the graft quick and easy.
Tapered dual-threaded Noris Tuff to engage the crest and the apex. 6-0 nylon.
